We, at Innovative Inspection & Services Sdn Bhd (IISSB) are committed to provide inspection services, testing, equipment and competence manpower that consistently meet the agreed requirements of our customer and applicable statutory requirement.

We still set ourselves the target of continuous improvement in the quality of everything we do and continually strive towards doing it right the first time and every time through effective implementation of Quality Management System.
In line with the Quality Policy of IISSB, the Quality Objectives of the company shall be:​​
1. Quality are our first priority in every business we participate:​
- More than 80% submitted Client Timesheet (CTS) to client before/on 10th day
following month
- Less than 10 rejection or retest for same method and/or project
​2. Committed to continually improving the business quality to consistently satisfy our
customer:
- 10% sales increase from previous year
3. Effective training programme to ensure continuous staff improvement:
- More than 80% achieve Annual Training Plan (ATP)
