Our Services

Providing Everything You Need

Conventional methods are techniques that have matured over the course of decades and in this time, have become well-documented in codes, standards, and best practices. The setup and procedure of a conventional technique is typically simpler in comparison to advanced methods. Our company provides a range of NDT solutions for your needs:

Dye Penetrant Testing

Magnetic Particle testing

Radiographic Testing

Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) is used to detect any surface-connected discontinuities such as cracks from fatigue, quenching, and grinding, as well as fractures, porosity, incomplete fusion, and flaws in joints.

INNOVATIVE technicians is capable of performing Dye Penetrant Testing on all non-porous metal products, including ferrous and non-ferrous, of welding structure, casted and forged items, new components and raw materials.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) is a very effective method for location of surface breaking and slight sub-surface defects such as cracking, pores, cold lap, lack of sidewall fusion in welds etc in magnetic materials.

INNOVATIVE technicians is capable of carrying out Magnetic Particle Testing on welded items, new components, raw material and others which made up of a ferromagnetic material such as iron, nickel, cobalt, or some of their alloys.

Radiography Testing (RT) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method of inspecting the quality and integrity of materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic radiation (high energy photons) to penetrate various materials.

INNOVATIVE capabilities include inspecting various types of steel products such as welded joints, casting products, components, machine products, raw materials and structures.

Ultrasonic Testing Thickness Measurement

Ultrasonic Testing Flaw Detection

Hardness Testing

Ultrasonic Testing Thickness Measurement (UTTM) is a non-destructive testing method used to inspect the metal thickness of ship hulls, piping and structural steel.

INNOVATIVE technicians is capable of measuring the remaining wall thickness of metal pipes, tanks, structural parts, and pressure vessels that are subject to internal corrosion and erosion that cannot be seen from the outside.

Ultrasonic Testing Flaw Detection (UTFD) uses high frequency sound energy to examine components and it is capable to detect internal flaws, perform precision measurements and material categorization.

INNOVATIVE technicians is capable of examining various types of steel products such as welding joints, components, raw materials, boilers and many more.

Hardness Testing is one of the Non-Destructive method extensively used to determine if the metal or component meets required hardness readings, thus ensuring the quality control of the products tested.

INNOVATIVE technicians is capable of performing testing of heavy, large and permanently installed parts as well as small, light or polished parts.

Vacuum Box Testing

Vacuum Box Testing technique is to locate leaks in welds due to through-thickness discontinuities. INNOVATIVE technicians is capable to perform to any main vessel or tank testing following the completion of all welding.

Advance NDT

Advanced methods tend to be less understood as they progress as emerging technologies, e.g. uncertain advantages or limitations, lack of technician qualification criteria, or little to no industry codification. Generally, the setup, procedure, and data interpretation of advanced methods is more complicated and can require specialized understanding and experience from a properly trained technician. Our advanced NDT service include:

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing

Positive Material Identification

Time Of Flight Diffraction

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) is an advanced non-destructive examination technique that uses ultrasonic probes capable of pulsing elements individually at different time intervals.

Compared with conventional ultrasonics, PAUT provides higher probability of detection, it is faster, more reliable, and it provides 2D or 3D images and a permanent record of the inspection through the data recorded.

PMI inspection is commonly used as it is an accurate and fast non-destructive technique for testing pipes, valves, bolts, flanges, rivets, welds, cladding or any other metal components to determine the alloy composition, both in-process and in stock.

TOFD uses the time of flight of an ultrasonic pulse to find the location of a reflector. It can also be used for weld overlays and the heat affected zones of other components as well such as piping, pressure vessels, clad material, storage tanks, and structural steel.
